Our Eagle Cottage full service and includes a full bathroom with complete with a tub & shower unit. The outside of the Cottage has a picnic table and fire pit ring.
Eagle Cottage - Sleeps 5
- Cabin, Cottage & Trailer rental fees are refundable less a $25 administraion fee, provided a 14-day notice is given. No refunds given for less than 14 days notice on holiday rentals, or due to weather.
- Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to the discomfort of nature, illness, or work schedules. This includes no shows and early check-outs.
- NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY & FORFEIT THEIR RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT – Sorry, no reminder calls!
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
- Our Cottage is heated and sleeps up to FIVE people
- Fire Pit Ring & Picnic Table
- Bedroom #1 – Full-sized bed.
- Sleeping Loft – Two twin mattresses – must be able to climb full flight of stairs
- Futon
- Kitchen with double sink, full-size stove/oven, dorm style refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, table and chairs for two
- Full service bathroom complete with tub & shower unit
- Check-in: 3pm; Check-out: 11am
- Maximum People Allowed in Cottage is FIVE
- 2-Night Stay Minimum; 3-Night Minimum Stay on Holiday Weekends
- $135 Daily Rate Includes 2 Adults and 2 Children
- Holiday Weekends Require Non-Refundable Payment In Full, Up Front
- Extra Air Mattresses Are NOT Allowed
- Tents Are NOT Allowed
- Must Bring Your Own Cooking Equipment, Linens & Pillows
- Rental Units Are Expected To Be Left In Reasonably Clean Conditions. Charges Will Be Assessed For Damages And Extraordinary Cleaning.
OUR COTTAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
